Happy Red Deadmas everybody! Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally here and we're celebrating by live streaming some of it today. Whether you can't afford the game yet, are watching that install bar creep up or simply want to play along with us, enjoy a livestream that promises to be both rootin' and indeed tootin'.
We're going to avoid story spoilers as much as possible and just mosey around the open world, making friends with horses and maybe robbing some stuff.

Andy's face when the camera was turned on was the starkest contrast with the previous stream. Last time he looked like he regretted every decision that led him to that moment, perhaps shaking with fear. It will come to us in time, after all, they've put in the treasure hunts on the PC online GTA V that lets you get the golden tomahawk and the golden double action six shooter with clear instructions that these carry over to RDR2. I should know, I've got em both a few months back :P

Yes, a furrier is indeed a person who handles and deals in furs, and a farrier is essentially an auto mechanic but for horses (I _think_ they also handle horse carts and accessories, but I'm not sure).

A bit late to this stream, but I can tell you what I believe (I hope) is the reason why the stable guy asked for the horse's papers. He was asking for genealogy papers. When you're buying and selling horses it's important to know the genealogy of the horse for numerous different reasons. Usually I believe people focus on how pure bred the horse is and whether it has any famous horses in its background, and those factors can affect the price a lot. There might be other reasons, such as possible medical problems if the horse is too inbred, or its a close relative of another horse the new owner was hoping to breed with it, or even just possible genetic diseases that could run in certain breeds. But usually it's about whether the horse has any famous relatives. Also good to know for it's descendants too. People don't usually want to buy horses for breeding if they don't know its genealogy. Or just breed it in general.

If you get separated from your horse and see a cart passing by, you can call out to the driver and ask for a ride. They actually let you hitch hike in this game.

RE: pc but no consoles, in my case (for example), i don't have my own working pc (mine tend to... explode. slightly) but my mum does (she's who got me into gaming). the console lack is due to years of PC gamer elitism. DON'T WORRY! I'M BETTER NOW! i do get annoyed at how a series will switch platform because of how quickly new consoles are rolled out vs "update your graphics card & memory & remember not to play so long that anything explodes". /i am lowkey in awe of myself for exploding my laptop

So i didn't pre-order, but i got the pre-order horse anyway (because my local game shop is kewl like that) and i noticed that the pre-order horse stats are pretty bad. I ended up with a dutch halfbreed that has better stats in everything. Or am i missing something?
