Around 13:19 Fraser was talking about the graphics, and yeah it does look a little off for the next gen Rockstar game, but they still got a year to finish the game. This is only the trailer for a game that's coming out in 2018. Really fucking hyped for it.

I dont think this takes place in the midwest. The part in the trailer where he explains the 'Law' chasing them. He says at the start that they chased them 'From the West' Maybe this takes place in the Bayou/Smoky Mountains area which would also explain the Bear for the Smoky mountains are covered in bears. If thats the case this is a HUGE overworld.

Fraser! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you play Fallout New Vegas on the show. The music in this trailer reminded me of it. It's, in my opinion, the best Fallout and I know you'll love it. Anyway, just thought I'd throw my two cents out there.

What Fraser's saying is that this, now, doesn't look as impressive as GTAV, then. And I totally agree. But I DO think the game will look much better at launch, because all of Rockstar's games do that thing where they seriously polish up the presentation after the last story trailer.

Quality-wise it looks like it could be on par with Witcher 3. The textures probably will get better, but regardless, they strike me as quite painterly, like brush-strokes, which is most likely intentional... RDR didn't have clear defined edges and stuff, and was kinda muted or washed out to go with the gritty setting. and like you said, the night scenes look as good as something like Order 1886...

Release once, then a year later on new consoles then a few months later on PC made triple the money, Of course they will do it again because all PC players will still buy the console version to play it and then buy it on PC when it comes out anyway.

JOHN MARSTON RDR2 THEORY: Young John Marston is in RDR2 but plays a very minor role throughout the game. At the end of RDR2 Morgan will attempt to kill Dutch but young John will kill Morgan first and save Dutch's life, thus beginning John's dark path with Dutch's gang. Kind of like Anakin saving Emporer Palpatine's life, when he shouldn't have.

PS3's lifespan was 7 years and Xbox360's one was 8 years. So I think that PS5 will release maybe in 2020, and I don't really think that it's the right time for the PS5 to release so quickly.

The girl in the trailer says this: "...you're the only one of these fools that I trust..." I think she says this to John Marston. And John Marston will be in the game because the story takes us back to John Marston's past and in the poster where we see the 7 outlaws, on the far left we see John Marston where he looks to the other side. R* knows that everyone who played Red Dead Redemption was really hurt by the ending where our much loved J.M. died. I'm pretty sure we won't play only 1 protagonist. But I don't think it will be like GTA V. My guess is we will be playing some other character but later in the game, like in Red Dead Redemption.
