RED DEAD REDEMPTION II Gun Spinning

Howdy folks! Welcome back to another awesome installment, where this time I have some Red Dead Redemption fun. This time I go right in with the RDR2 gun spin, modeled after Arthur Morgan. This spin involves the illusion of a forward spin, however you put in a little more flicking while executing a backwards spin, and then holstering your revolver. Oh buddy! You doing real life version RDR2 videos just got an instant subscribe! I’ve always loved the history of the old west & old west revolvers. This seems like the perfect channel for me! 👍 PS Is that little foward movement before the spin more or less realistic? I’d always wondered why they did it like that. I’d never noticed it in movies or any of the street shows I’d seen. Just curious.

I’m not entirely sure. The snap forward was new to me as I always let gravity start the spin and I completely by using that momentum. I guess that snap is basically a wind up?

Its cool you learn that but you stop the 6 shooter for an fraction of second you put it in you holdster...i do the same thing but i put my revolver in my holdster like spinnig it and put instantally on the holdster

Just some advice, you holstered it alittle high. Also try to holster it as it's still spinning as the guy did in the game.

i'm curious, does arthur use the "road agent's spin" to draw his left gun with his off hand when you draw both, i know he wears it cross draw cuz he's primarily dominant right handed, but when drawing both guns i can never tell how he draws and cross draw holster with his left, the road agent spin or "josey wales trick" is about the only way i can think to do it
