Growing up, i didnt have internet or a way to buy dlc. Buying this game, skyrim goty, fallout newvegas goty, and borderlands 2 goty was peak gaming for me and still has yet to be rivaled. Also when jabo says "isnt it very american to have guns in your bed room" i just glanced to my henry lever action sitting to my left and died.

I dont know if i think that RDR1 is better because im an old fart and thats the game i played first but i do know that us not knowing who Dutch and Bill ect are gave the first game an air of mystery that i love and i think RDR2 going in to minute detail about who the van der linde gang was took away some of what made the first game great. Also RDR2 is boring as fuck but thats ok because being a cowboy at that point in time wouldve been mostly boring as fuck so its accurate.
