Just FYI there's no cooldown on the healing perk, you were just low enough health that the cure x2 didn't give you as much of a displayed bump. The health bar isn't evenly divided, your shields take up like 70% of your displayed health bar, and the bar gets increasingly dense as you reach lower health. So you were getting healed for the same amount, but your bar was barely moving. The same thing happens with all cure and cure x2 sources

Lowering your resilience will make healing look more effective, but that’s because there is less progress to get to the cap. Recovery only affects the rate of natural regeneration.

@@Morris.Andrew because it’s primary ammo, that means unlimited shots, if they brought back it’d be a special weapon or a primary that couldn’t one shot for balance purpose it would ruin PvP with how special ammo snipers work

@Alex-xi4bg I don't think it would ruin pvp bud, the no land is a gun that no one cared to use because it was only good if you landed a headshot. You're making it sound like the no land is some god sent gun that would ruin the game if brought back with one tap beadshots with primary ammo and I disagree. If you take away the one top headshot the gun just becomes completely unusable as a weapon. They'd bring it back as it was and likely adjust its role in the game as needed in a patch. I also don't remember the no land beyond in destiny 1 being primary ammo, I remember it being special ammo, but the devs changed that later on in a patch because the community wouldn't quit complaining.

Ahhhh that’s why it’s so hard to aim. The movement increases with damage so your sens is effectively being boosted because you strafe faster Edit: hard is the wrong word. I should say clunky. Because it’s doable but definitely feels weird after a couple shots
