Thing is, it was Norman's moaning that contributed to Holly becoming a head on the monitor instead of being a voiceover. Which itself has become iconic.

hardly his choice to go considering the studio were screwingh im out of money. What WAS his choice though was not coming back for series 7 and 8 if he thought they were so bad. I mean, they WERE, but by then he'd been out of it for nearly a decade and could have simply said no. And he could have simply observed that it had changed in tone and focus, which even people who liked those series would agree with, without being so down. Especially tactless to be so negative around Chloe and Mac

3:34:46 Ironic as Ricky Grover, who played Baxter, would go on to appear in EastEnders as Andrew Cotton 5 years after this Series 8 DVD came out. Though I don't know whether this cast commentary was also recorded the same year the DVD came out in 2006 or sometime before then.
