So in canon of the official show, Lute had a crush on Adam or is she just a devoted follower of his? If Lute wanted Adam to be hers, I can see why she had attacked Vaggie (stabbing her eye and tearing off her angel wings) since I saw a clip that Adam had happily named Vaggie after "the best thing" which is likely implied to be vagina. So with that context it does sound like Adam liked Vaggie more than Lute back when Vaggie was a proper angel. I don't blame Vaggie for running away after Lute had attacked her so horribly. Vaggie was very lucky Charlie was there for her and helped her out, no questions asked! Vaggie just wanted to spare one little kid sinner and she was brutalized for that. Vaggie was so sweet not wanting to kill that little kid sinner.
