Highland must have recently changed their contracts. When we contracted back in December and asked about a list of clauses you had warned your viewers about in an earlier video.

Interesting! We just closed a Highland a month ago and used that contract as an example. They probably can and do change their contracts - hopefully for the better! I just finished a builder review of William Ryan homes and they have a significant error in their contracts to the buyer’s favor. I reached out to them about it. It will be interesting to see if they fix it!

American Legend did this to me during the pandemic- 3 weeks prior to closing- convenience clause- will never buy from them! And will never recommend them to my friends and family. You should do a video on which builders screwed consumers when they were taking advantage of the pandemic.
