This red heifer thing isn’t really about the red heifers.
It’s actually about bringing back the Jewish priests, who haven't existed for 2000 years.
Because only a Jewish priest can sacrifice the red heifers. And only a very particular kind of Jewish priest. A Jewish priest who is almost as difficult to find as the red heifers themselves!
Most people don’t realize that a Jewish priest is not the same as a Jewish rabbi.
A Jewish rabbi is just a religious teacher.
But a Jewish priest is someone who has a special lineage that goes back to the Prophet Aaron (upon him be peace).
Like the noble wife of the Prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace), the noble Lady Safiyya (may Allah be pleased with her).
And like the noble prophet Zakariyya, and like the noble Virgin Mary , and like the noble John the Baptist, and like the noble Jesus Christ (may the peace and blessings of God be upon all of them).
But none of them were priests.
And that tells us a truth about the red heifers, about modern Jewish messianism, and also about the Quran, that nobody’s talking about.
Because the most closely related chapter of the Quran to the red heifer sacrifice actually isn’t Surat al-Baqara.
It’s Surat Maryam (the Chapter of the Virgin Mary) and the Surat Aal Imran (The Chapter of the Family of Amram).
These chapters tell us that the Jewish priesthood played a key role in corrupting the original religion of the great prophets of the Children of Israel.
And that helps us call the Children of Israel back to the way of their great ancestors.

In Islam nothing is given to Mullahs. The zakat which is 2.5% of standing wealth, ie. Wealth that you have just held in a bank account for a full year and not used, is given to the poor and not Mullahs. Another thing to note is Mullahs are not priests, they can be from anyone amongst the population and the population can replace him if they don't like him. They have no power in Islam. You don't even need them to get married. They simply lead the prayer, and can be replaced as the congregation wishes.

I have a question. Since Allah tells us in the Qur'an that He taught 'Isa (a.s) the Book, the Wisdom, the Torah and the Gospel, but at the same time there was no Jesus Edition of the Torah, what consisted this Torah that was retaught to him? From what we know, the Torah that we have today is pretty much the same as the Torah at the time of Jesus. If the Torah is corrupt now, then it was corrupt back then. So what happened? Why doesn't Jesus have his own Torah?

Isa A.S was taught the correct Torah. The correct laws that were being corrupted by the priests and rabbis which is why they hated him. Even in the gospels that we have now despite all its corruptions it affirms that Jesus stood against them and explained that they were complicating the laws and focusing more on ritual rather than the faith in the creator.

There is no specified place where you must sacrifice on Eid al Adha, in the muslim world I've seen some do it in their backyard or garage of their home. But it's important not to sacrifice the animal in front of other animals, and the place should be comfortable, (no blood around or other dead animals which will scare the animal). The knife should be sharpened prior. As far as the food it should be divided to thirds, one for your family, one for relatives and friends/neighbors, and a third for the poor.

We don’t fear GOD instead we build a permanent connection and a golden cord. Meditation of prayer took the place of animal sacrifice. Connection to OHR EIN SOF gives you more than sacrifice ever could. I prefer the Rabbis to priests. They help to show the truth and build one’s strength to god.

In the 3rd segment on the historical analysis of the jewish priesthood, you only mentioned similarities of priesthood to Christian Catholics. this should be extended to Muslims as wel. just change the terms kings to khalifahs and sultans, and priests to court ulama'. the similarities are too close to be disregarded. islam does not approve priesthood, but kings and ulama work hand in hand to control the muslim populace.
