Such a weird audio mix. Overdubbed audience handclaps and cheering and Anthonys vocals have been doubled aswell (not by him, I think they just took this isolated vocal and shifted it a millisecond). Still, its great to see them not afraid to rock a psycadelic extended guitar solo in amongst these forced mainstream edits and setting.

I think the vocal "effect" is actually from the audience mics which are too loud + master compression.

two things: 1) i'm really shocked they didn't just put out an advert for a free concert... why resort to hiring paid extras when there's legions of rhcp fans around the globe who would've come in just for this, though just los angeles-natvies could've filled it in seconds... i guess everyone (i.e. the agency in charge of orchestrating this) is after a paid lunch, so to speak... and 2) i wonder if john ever takes issue with these kind of big commercial gigs... with how much of a true artist he is, i could see him not being thrilled about something like this.
