I know u might never see this comment but, I've been playing this song for years knowing that I wasn't picking it quiet right, but it sounded ok so I was happy. Knowing that the picking would be too complicated to learn I didn't bother. But now I've just watched your video, I immediately picked my guitar and started learning from you. Picked it up so fast and now I'm playing it properly and it sounds infinitely better. Thanks for the video man. I'll checking more of them out. More red hot chillis please!

Been following you for years brother. Any time I get hung up on a song, your lessons are the ones I follow. This song has such an interesting finger picking pattern, it’s almost like an old Wild West bar piano. Super fun song and definitely challenging even for an experienced player. Thanks for all the help!

A quick suggestion: Could you make some lessons on songs by The Outfield, I think they were one of the most under-rated bands of the 70/80s. I've only been able to find a lesson on "Your love", but I would love to learn "Since you were gone", "All the love in the world", etc. All timeless classics! Ps: Thanks for all the amazing lessons, I believe you'll go down in history as one of the most Legendary Guitar Teachers!

Even though i could play the main riff no problem, I always had so much trouble getting this to sound just right. It wasn’t until I was learning Slow Cheetah where Frusciante uses a really similar pattern on the bass-pedal-bass and amongst all the tabs which suggested that the timing between the three notes is the same, i found one where the timing between the pedal and second bass was actually slightly shorter. As soon as you bring those second two notes closer together it gets that really waltzy feel which you won’t get with even spacing of those notes. Hope someone out there can understand what I’m trying to describe because, despite being such a subtle change, it sounds very different. Watch when Marty switches from slow speed to normal, you’ll see the very subtle difference in timing. Thanks again Marty
