I did a red IPA last year mainly using Red X and Bru-1. Ended up calling it Rouge-One...!

Great setup and very informative. Interesting, the point you made about using whole hops in conjunction with a pump. I have a brewzilla G4 and I've been thinking about using a small amount of whole hops during the hop stand to aid with filtration. 🍻

Having tried the beer, the malt character is awesome. Sometimes a more simple malt bills works a treat but layered malts can also work really well, the art is selecting the right ones to use together and Brett did a cracking job with this recipe
