Black Cleaver is a great overall item on Kayn. You should definitely build it especially when the enemy team has a tank or they are building up a lot of Armor. Note: Try building Serylda's Grudge on top of it and you will shred enemies like crazy 😁

Honestly, Triforce could still work on Kayn but you really need to use your auto attacks in between abilities to maximize it. And I highly suggest building it with Black Cleaver. The synergy is crazy

Of course I trust you my friend. It's just I don't think Lethality Kayn is good in every game. Every game has its own scenarios and you need to adjust for it.
