Having seen the animated series that razor and aya are from She does bring out the optimistic side of him and still enjoys seeing razor being a passionate person. So it seems that the blue is a symbol of the the hope that aya broguht to him and turning his anger to passionate man. Someone who will fight for what he believes in and hopes for the best.

That's not entirely accurate they don't depower the ring the quell their rage so effectively disconnecting them from the ring even with a full charge, we even see it with razor with the blue ring lose the emotion connection the ring becomes useless.

He's going to have a hard time with the orange one though, there's only one and since the orange is greed I doubt the guy (I forgot his name) will be happy to hand it over, it's the most powerful one though (at least from the base emotional spectrum) since unlike the rest of rings/corps since there's only one all the power of the orange battery is concentrated on that single ring and it's user, he's actually able to make his own orange lantern corps out of his hundreds of constructs and still be crazy strong, besides Razer doesn't look like he's specially greedy

I just found out Kilowog and Razer are in YJ S4 and I'm so happy. They were under no obligation to continue the story from the (excellent) Green Lantern animated series and they did it anyway. If we're lucky enough to get a season 5 I really hope he finally finds Aya.

What interests me about Razer is that he's one of very few who's been able to remove his Red Ring at one point. See, there's a nasty side-effect to wearing the Red Lantern's ring; it has this habit of destroying your circulatory system. Because of this, it has to act as the body's life support, else the body risks immediate brain death. Yet he's removed it on several occasions with little to no ill effect.

The Guardians of the Green Lantern Corp kept such darkest secrets which are responsible for the Red Lanterns' great loss and despair by their Manhunter robots. A league of Sinestro's Yellow Lantern triumph and destroy all life they can find. Sapphire Lanterns are either conquer or free lives with love. Each corp have separated paths for what is good or evil. Are the White Lanterns responsible for good including to the dead or have some sort of evil by their backs, fanaticism and unfaithfulness?

Rage at the dying of the light and have hope that your rage is enough to save it. This is the premise behind him being able to wield both. They actually do work in unison. There is hope in rage, why you rage and there is rage in hope, hoping that your rage if nothing else is enough to provide prosperity. There’s nothing in the comic basis that says a lantern can’t wield numerous rings, it’s more that no lantern generates enough of multiple emotions for it be satisfactory. They would be driven mad by their emotions in most cases. Except razor we see, is capable of juggling the combination. So both rings find it suitable to remain with him.

Razer gave me the courage to know that my anger didn't define who I was and that I could use my powers for good and that being a red lantern wasn't something to be ashamed of.
