I am looking forward to seeing if it will help. Postpartum shedding can be devastating. I had it with both my children . My hair never fully recovered also I am getting older which really doesn’t help.

I am sorry 😞, I have always wore my hair to that side to cover that area. I was so shocked and devastated when I lost my hair after having baby. My hair didn’t come out in clumps like most experienced. My sister had to big chop her hair because it was so bad.

I’ve heard great things about red light therapy for the hair and body. I wish I was more consistent with my helmet 😂. I hope you see some results. The hat is much cuter than the helmet one from different brands.

Yes seeing you use one intrigued me to try it. I heard the helmet is heavy, is that true? I like the hat it’s adjustable and easy to wear when I am doing other things while getting the treatment done.

Just catching up on your videos! Healing the scalp was so essential from this whole ordeal that not enough people spoke about who got effected in this way - I think it was from the choice of shampoos being so concentrated? (esp the all-purpose ones). I took consuming biotin-rich recipes and using natural topical treatments approach (not for everybody!). I hope that this method works for you; all the best.

If you haven’t you should get a blood test from your doctor for vitamin deficiency for example iron and vitamin D . Cause sometimes some women who is experiencing postpartum shedding also have vitamin deficiency which also causes hair loss and you can also see a dermatologist for that area

I was vitamin d deficient during the pandemic right after baby, long story short I did blood work and the information got lost in the sauce. Since the information was related I have been taking vitamin d daily, and I have had blood work but everything came back I was good. Since I implemented the red light therapy treatment my hair has filled back in. With hair it’s not a big deal because I could cover it but when you have no hair 😅, it’s another story. I get my a yearly blood work🙌🏾.
