Ey up Rick. Stayed in El Medano a few years ago so went up Montana Roja while i was there. Not only that, i went up in my sandals and no socks.TRUE. But i wish i'd worn my trainers. Well worth the climb just for the views. Speak Wednesday😃😎

Well done Rick, that was well worth the climb for the fantastic panoramic view do you know how high it is, I would have loved to go up there but my knees wouldn’t allow it, I don’t know about having a coffee when you get down you deserve a well earned pint drop the car off and call in your local

Great vlog Rick, really enjoyable. You can see the mountain from the Sandos San Blas hotel where we stay and I’ve often thought what the view would be like from the top. Absolutely beautiful. How long did it take you?

Just over an hour from bottom to top and back down. It’s a nice easy one to start with, but worth it. Rick
