I really wonder -- what is the reason to put end of the hose on the handle instead on the base? After all it is just a floor pump (just bigger than for the bicycle), two ends of the hose mounted at fixed points means no ridiculous flapping of the hose.

I have a Explorer 12.6 and filling its a nightmare, regardless of using a titan pump....

Advice: if you notice leaking air near the hose-pump connection, try to loosen the connection ring a little bit.

So it's only 1 way action pump no mater if the red knob is in or not?

+Samuel Chenelle - that is correct. The red knob just dictates whether it is the high pressure cylinder or both working together. A lot of thought and consideration was given into making the Titan a two way pump, however, as only small muscle groups are engaged on an upward stroke it can be very hard work. So the decision was made to make it a one way pump on the down stroke allowing the user to utilise their body weight and the large muscle groups in their arms and legs.

+SUP Company it make total sense. It would be nice to have the option with an other bypass valve for the bigger volume cylinder to be 2 way for the first 5-8psi. Maybe once i get mine i can mod it with an older 2 way pump i have at home by changing the

How come the red knob isnt on the other side? Already after my first pump up im tired of getting air blown into my crotch :P

I use an electric car pump ($12 on Amazon). Too old for a hand pump.
