What did you use to make this? Do you make all these assets on your own?

I used Unreal Engine 5 and After Effects for this video. For example in this video I made everything except for the spaceships because they're way too detailed and would consume 90% of my time. So what I usually do is, I download assets online then I disassemble them and mix them together to create something that matches my vision.
