At Po'ho'iki, We were hanging out in the little warm pool a few years back. Before the latest eruption. My daughter noticed a bunch of young turtles surfing in the waves just off the beach. Very fun to see. Your video is lovely. I remember when Red Road was red. It was also called Roller Coaster road.

@@renaetawney9644 it was quite ominous during the eruption, red glow all night long for 3 months. Mother Nature can be destructive and on the other end create such beauty.

I just did this drive - it is so so beautiful! And the waves are so spectacular in your video - there weren’t any when I was there. I just uploaded the big wave video at End of World by Kona - the waves there were ginormous if you guys feel like driving there.
