There is also the 299, made for about 1 year 75-76. Then they go to the 499 made from 76-79 then there is also a 499A, which I have one of but can’t find much info on. I just got the 499B so now I have all of them Thanks Nibs on great work

You can hear how slow the shot travels. That's part of what makes this gun as accurate as it is. Russ

From looking at my collection, the 299 has the bottle cap feed system, the 499 went to the single shot and no safety, the 499A has single shot and cross bolt safety and the 499B had the safety moved to the side of the gun where it was more visible to shooting coaches and instructors

I saw a 99 at a antique shop here in Weston Mo.,but that was several years ago,,I should've grabbed it,,they wanted 50.for it.

Invest some KZbin money in card stock. You will see your shots in it better then regular paper
