Thanks for making all these videos and taking the time to show all step by steps in detail and not glossing over things. Its helped a lot as I have just started the same tank and all these processes are very new and foreign. Thats a great looking Nem! Keep us posted on its progression.

Are the fish you put in, in the earlier video not in the tank when the anemone was added?

Hey vivid! Most bubble tips I see loose their bubble , how do you prevent that? Yours is beautiful. Thanks.

I want to know how long do you guys wait to add that anemone into your aquarium

During the day it's sitting in the place where I put it ,but for the night it's hiding between the rocks.

Guys this is my biggest question. Dave says here, you could add them to the tank after cycling is completed after 6/7 weeks, but everywhere people talk about adding them after a year of a new tank. Since 6/7 weeks to one year is a huge gap, just wondering, if we really could add to a new tank.

Aditya Roy your right Almost everyone says at least up to 8 months to a year.

I've heard succsess stories with 1 month. Keep in mind the 5, 8 or 12 month wait is a general rule for all anemones. Taking into account the bubble tip is the hardest nem there is, and you know how to keep a fish tank stable, I'd be fine with adding it a month or two after setup.

I put a small condy in after 2-3 weeks so far it's doing very well.

Do you use Ro/DI water for the anemones

How long after introducing the anemone did it stop relocating itself? Should i give it 1-2 weeks after? I have a new cycling tank & the first organism i would introduce is an ocellaris & a week later, the anemone. After i've had a 2 week stability. What's your advice?

I've just added my rose bta about 1 week ago and he's wondered under a rock out of the light and shrivelled up and I can see white like bleaching mark in around its tentacles. Tank has been running for 11 months. Nitrates are at 2ppm and phosphates are 0.00 ppm, any advice Dave as I don't want to lose my new little friend

+Andrew Nokes What's your MG and ALK running at? I lost a GBTA from crazy ALK swings.
@andynokes50349 жыл бұрын
+TheWincod75 my MG is always around 1350, my ALK is at 11 which it always is.....was bubbled up a treat when I first put it in the tank but has since gone behind a rock out of the light

+Andrew Nokes I always feel like this is a dumb question, but was the Nem healthy when you bought it?
@andynokes50349 жыл бұрын
+TheWincod75 yeah looked well, the only thing that was unknown is feeding
@TheWincod759 жыл бұрын
+Andrew Nokes Have you tried spot feeding to see if it responds? Make sure your salinity is in check as well. Have you tried turning your power heads off? Flow might be too intense or positioned awkwardly keeping it from finding a happy place?

Cause I heard that RO/DI water is bad for anemones because their is not enough nutrients
