Ingredients:
Cake:
150 grams of salted butter.
275 grams of white granulated sugar.
3 eggs.
240 grams of buttermilk (215 grams of milk + 25 of vinegar)
25 grams of natural cocoa powder.
325 grams of cake flour. ( you could use All purpose flour instead)
10 grams of vinegar.
10 grams of baking soda.
5 grams or teaspoon of vanilla extract.
14 grams of red gel food coloring (1 tbsp)
Ermine Buttercream
500 grams of whole milk.
80 grams of common flour.
250 grams of sugar.
450 grams of salted butter.
Pinch of salt.
5 grams or teaspoon of vanilla extract.
** I used three 7 inch round pans (18 centimeters in diameter)
** Cakes ar baked at 160 celcius or 320 fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes.
