Wendy wrote "When This Rain Stops" for her fans and for herself, she wrote it for herself because when she was in hiatus for a long time due to the accident she had, I guess she didn't have such a good time away from everything (and also, we could mention some difficulties that she had throughout her period in the music industry). On the other hand, Wendy said that this song is to comfort others and that is why this song is also for those people who feel lost, sad or depressed; so feel free to listen to this song when you feel that way ♡, Wendy said that we will feel her if we listen to that song, and maybe that way we won't feel alone anymore

Me as a luvies for so long, when we are know that Wendy is having solo debut, and when we are listening to Wendy Like Water, make us cry so hard that she want to heal us, but actually she is the one that need more love and thank you us for believing her. soo true.. it was very meaningful to reveluvs when Wendy dropped her album bcoz she just came back fr. a very long hiatus 😢 dunno, if u hav heard but our Wannie was badly hurt in a stage accident back in Dec 2019 (totally not her fault, sbs staffs wer reckless), wer she broke her pelvis, cracked her cheeks & some wrist bones. she was in ICU for some time. And, it's also y they wer not able to promote 'psycho'. BUT, she never let go of the mic even wen she was sent in the hospital according to her members. When this rain stops is Wendy's healing and comfort song to herslf & to luvies who wer waiting for her & rv's cb (lyk, they'v been on hiatus for a yr. & 6 months)... it's not a hype song but it's GOLD.
