The voice you loved is Wendy, she's the main vocalist, and you heard her duet with John Legend 😊 This has been a very polarizing song in the kpop fandom but I really love it, glad you guys do too. My fave Red Velvet video is "Dumb Dumb". Maybe someday you can do an album review on Red Velvet cause they always have different sounding songs. SM was really one of the creators of kpop (as well as Seo Taiji & Boys who came out a few years earlier) back in the 90s when they came out with their first group, H.O.T. I'm an SM stan...all my fave groups come from there like SHINee, Girls' Generation, Super Junior, TVXQ, EXO, f(x), NCT, Red Velvet, etc.

Red Velvet and their producers love "The Thriller", it's a theme they use a lot -- every day is Halloween (or could be) for them! They blend cute and creepy with rare skill. RBB was actually released on the anniversary of the iconic MJ song.

A lot of legendary groups are from this company, like SHINee (Taemin and Onew are members of this group), Girls' Generation (Queen of girl groups), Super Junior, TVXQ… SM Ent has the best concept design and best music video making. *Please react to Red Light by f(x)* , this is a uniqe girl group which debuted before EXO.

you mightve seen it already but my fave video is for their song Automatic, it also has vaguely creepy vibe??? but most of all it's a slower song all about the melodies and i live for that, so the way the visuals are coherently more restrained is satisfying, but a close second is Be Natural that has sososo many clever cuts and transitions
