I´m not a singer. Just a musician, but I see in RV two "VELVET" voices, one high (Seulgi) and one lower (Irene), two "RED" Voices, one higher (Joy) and one lower (Yeri), and the all around out of this world can do it all Wendy. So they cover everything in the frequency, emotion, power, pitch. They can do everything at the highest level.

I'm glad someone mentioned the song placements of Red Velvet's Killing Voice set list. The set list was divided into two halves: The Red set and the Velvet set: Red Set = Happiness to Red Flavor Velvet Set = Peek-A-Boo to Chill Kill According to some of the RV members a lot of songs were included in the original set list but Dingo and KV cut a lot of them probably during the final rehearsal so they can fit it to the 30 minute final edit. With that said we need a Part 2 and probably a Part 3 because Red Velvet's discography is so vast and impressive.

I feel like he often has cold initial reactions to RV songs ahaha. Zimzalabim is the most hype song. Haters can choke lol. Wendy did a full cardio workout and still sang like that. Queen. I appreciated the whole Wendy is amazing segment partway through Chill Kill. If you can’t tell- Wendy is actually the #1 red side enjoyer of the five members ahaha. For the casuals who often complain that more songs aren’t Psycho, go petition for Irene to get more decision making power. As for being nice- there are a lot of predebut stories about how nice WenSeul are. Kingdom Come is famous as one of the fans' most favorite B-Side. I remember that you already reacted to it, you said that many people recommended this song so you have high expectation; however, I think you said that this song was not your type at that time. Maybe that is not why it is not in 1 of your playlist. No worry. I understand you. Our preference always changes all the time, depending on our moods, our stories that we need to handle each day. For me, even if I always said that I LOVE Kingdom Come; it is one of my favorite from them and I could just attend any concert just for this song. However, in some days, when Spotify randoms this song, I SKIP it LOL. I always said I prefer Velvet side more than Red, but some days, I listened to only Red side songs LOL.

I always come back here to see my fellow Irene’s voice enthusiast😭 (and also Yeri!) I swear her voice is so under-hyped! The calming quality no other singer can give me. The cake girls all have great voices, but two “rappers” didn’t really have much line to shine and let people know what they are capable of. I agree and there is one clip in KZbin Short, you can search for something like "Joy, Seulgi, Wendy sing the same line in ZOOM" This clip is a very good example of what you said. I think another example is the High-tone bridge in Psycho. How Wendy and Seulgi sings the same line but make me feel very different. PS. Actually, I dont like Zimzalabim at first. However, I start to love it more after listen to classical musicians' opinions to see the details (since I have no background in music, I need some advice). However, after experiencing this song during RtoV concert 2nd day in Seoul (They did not prepare for it but fan asked for this song during Encore and the girl nailed it very well.) I started to love this song. It was a concert favorite, similarly to Very Nice for Seventeen.

Seulgi's voice has this really fascinating smooth dark nasal tone idk it's like Caramel or something whereas Yeri and Joy both have nasal tones that are airy and light, definitely just lovely and similar vibrato. Irene definitely has the most neutral tone and I love her vocals so much! I'm always happy to hear her. And of course. Wendy. Wendy is just Wendy. My bias, and you know.
