She was thawing it out to room temperature. Probably put it in the cabinet to show it needs to be soft to mix in?🤷🏼‍♀️

Instead of the packaged, processed stuff just beat up 8-16 oz of REAL cream cheese until totally fluffy. Into this, beat in a cup or so of REAL sour cream. Add a touch of Stevia to sweeten and stir gently into the fruit. This is also fantastic made with red & green grapes! No fake, processed ingredients 😊
