Will the whole pitcher need to be finished in one sitting? I ask this because you added the sparkling/carbonated water and wondering if it will go flat/taste odd if you refrigerate it again to drink later.

Hi Anna. That's an interesting question. I don't think I've had left overs when I've made this previously. So I can't really answer. Since it's essentially just sparkling water I don't think it will taste bad afterwards. But I would be sure to put sparkling water you enjoy drinking before and after the bubbles are gone? If you do have left overs...be sure to update me afterward here to see if it changed the flavor. Cheers

Never tried it without it. It would just be less strong and maybe have a tad less flavor. Not sure.
