Favourite billingham bag is the 555 in imperial blue special order and worth every penny.

For functionality I think this bag has everything, but I don't like big shoulder bag nowadays, when you travel on foot 4-5 hours a day it will hurt (seriously hurt) your shoulder. I knew because I once traveled with Billingham S4 weighed at 5,5kg total. For traveling by foot I prefer to use backpack and bring along small shoulder bag ;)

Daniel Arai Then Elecom camera backpack is all you need, it can be put in a Rangefinder camera with a fix lens, a mirrorless camera with a fix lens at the same time, and 15inch MacBook Pro.What's more, it's waterproof bag.

First, Daniel, thanks for watching our video. Shoulder bags have their strengths and weaknesses. You are not suppose to carry too much in a shoulder bag and though larger bags are really for transit. If you intend to carry lots of gear and big heave cameras/lenses, backpack is better. I walk streets and stand all day at weddings with my Billingham, with two small bodies and couple of lenses, that's all. Max I have in my bag is around 2kg these days and most of the time I will have one on my neck so the back is only about 1-1.5 kg so it's light enough. Backpack doesn't give me the flexibility and accessibility that I need for quick changes. I've been there, trust me :D

Red35 Photography you're right, that's why I had found a backpack with quick access to get your camera on the go, Peak design 20L backpack, but still can't beat shoulder bag on convenient accessibility, nice review, btw what are the cons?
@Red35Photography7 жыл бұрын
Cons for shoulder bag is that if you are too passionate about your gear choice then you may overload your shoulder and can't walk far without rests hahaha... I love my shoulder bags now and I only take my backpack for transit purposes only from A to B when I have a bigger shoot.

Excellent review. Do you think that it could fit the m.zuiko 2.8 zoom trinity (7-14, 12-40 and 40-150)?
@Red35Photography7 жыл бұрын
Thanks Maycol for your comment and liking our video :) Yes, this bag should easily swallow these three lenses. one of which will have to attach to the body and go vertically. Unfortunately you may not want to include any grips to the camera body as it may be a little tight if you do that. Unless you want to do one body and two lenses. You can configure the bag quite extensively and it's better to try it our if you can find one in a local dealer.

Between this and ONA, I bought the latter, leather brixton is well made, and later on Grafea as well, for too many people uses Bellingham in the street, just to avoid being the same. LOL , nice ad,Cheng.
@Red35Photography7 жыл бұрын
hahah, thanks Ricky! ONA bags for me are just a little heavy for my taste. I do like canvas for some strange reasons and Billingham bags just fits my bills. ONA are great bags!

Big Fan of Billingham - I've got 3 of varying sizes for the Olympus kit I carry. I have the extra straps to sling a small tripod under it. When will you be doing more Oly reviews??

Could this fit a 15'' laptop along w/ camera gear? Thanks!
@Red35Photography7 жыл бұрын
ACpiano94 Hi there, first, thank you for watching our video!! No this bag is designed for 13" laptop (a thin one too, much like the latest MacBook Pro 13 or MacBook Air alike). I usually carry it with my 12.9" iPad Pro.

Very informative video. Just wanna ask: how thick can the laptop compartment extend? My laptop has a thickness of 15mm and a width of 13.3 inches. I am from Singapore and BillingHam does not have a store in Singapore for me to try out the bag:(

All Billingham bags are over priced and under spec'd. They don't come with shoulder pad extra £35. Not enough internal dividers extra £60. Name tag extra £22. That's all only top of the Hadley one at £265. Total £382. For a tiny bag that holds a DSLR and 2 lenses. Ah but they give you a £4 dust cover you're never going to use. !! Pathetic.
