Mike plays an audio clip from other show or tv. Instantly, he realises- mid playthrough of the drop of how *loud* it will be and he FUCKING JUMPS on that soundboard to lower it. On a "professional" production, (radio etc) you have dedicated audio guys in the booths nearby, constantly monitoring and doing this, as well as other functions that mike is handling. Mike does this in-show, live, and its usually perfect because he respects the *Theatre of The Mind.*
