Ha, this is like us skydivers are doing only we call it swooping (and we go faster and lower and with higher precision than that). Basically we fly our parachutes to a vertical 270° or 560° turn and let it recover in a dive to a horizontal position swooping above the ground at high speed. Basically a good swooper can hit a beer bottle coming in from around 800 ft in about 5 seconds. Swooping competitions are held worldwide but the ones in Dubai usually draw the worlds biggest talents.
