As someone who slacklines, walking uphill is generally more difficult, especially if it's a steep climb after that much distance. I wouldn't doubt that his entire body was sore the following day.

for anyone wondering, no he didn't break the record for the longest highline. For that he needs to walk start to end without falling. He did however break the record for longest distance walked continuously without falling since he only fell after walking past the previous highline record

I'm currently in physical therapy recovering from a concussion. one of my biggest areas of focus is my balance. i can hardly stand for 30 seconds with my feet together let alone on a slack line. this isn't just physically but also incredibly mentally exhausting. i can imagine he slept well that night

Well done! That was a most epic "walk." An falling at the end was not a fail. That uphill stretch with 3.4 km of rope behind him pulling the rope taught was brutal slackline conditions. Again, well done!
