In the end, I got the position of the main organizer of the Finnish railways. We never had time to argue. We worked in shifts-never one shift-for safety reasons. My wife gave birth to two boys, so it was time to take care of the children ... I only needed one car for work, and I changed it on the fly in the parking lot. Thanks for the answer. Railways and its difficulties are the same everywhere. I was an "overachiever". Railroads were my whole life. It took me years to get used to the fact that my industry was discontinued (trucks and vehicle combinations in wagons = international truck-rail terminal) The zero emission system was discontinued. It didn't produce enough. Even in my dreams I worked. It went into the blood. Probably the same thing in the USA. Now we have to enjoy our retirement days and remember colleagues. @@mackhinds
