Travis dose a lot of hiking in backcountry without the help of a helicopter.Sometimes the likes of AK weather is a major factor plus you have crew members with equipment and AK guides as well.

Can we just take a moment and thank that incredible FPV drone pilot with the tilting GoPro? Amazing work whoever it was! This just seems like one of the craziest things humans can ever, ever do. Imagine reaching the peak of a mountain in the middle of snow covered ridges for as far as the eye can see, and speeding down near vertical slopes, being chased down by avalanches. The adrenaline would be unmatchable, in any location in the world, any situation that I can think of.

It's crazy how many extreme sports one person can master at the same time. I get it's all part of the same spectrum, but being a windsurfer myself, snowboarding didn't automatically come naturally. I guess it's like learning Portuguese, Romanian or Italian if you know Spanish.

We bought this because it was the only goofy foot board we could find. We already had a regular footed board of a different brand. This one is much better; specifically the bindings. Their shape makes it easy to get your foot in. Great design for a kids board to use on a small hill.
