If it were me I'd go brushless... so the Dukono Pro or Granite 4x4 BLX . Redcat if you have to skimp a little on cost but Arrma ifin you can afford a few more dollars.

I would think anyone willing to buy 3s has the coin for a proper brushless truck. Good point about checking wheel hexes. Stripped a few myself. My big rock hex are so tight it stripped the little red tool it came with!!! Arrma needs to ease up on tightening nuts and screws.

Been running a 3s 5000 same truck for some months now. If you going to run 3s on this truck, I wouldnt recommend running full throttle majority of the time🤦🏾‍♂️
