Why did you cut & clean some yabbies & leave others? What worked best for this cook-up? I usually just boil them, so keen to try something new!

they were good but the ones thatw ere cut in half were heaps better. They took on more of the flavors i the pan

hey mate..not too sure what u mean but is this something you add while cooking redclaw, Iv heard in the states they boil them up (crawfish)...iv never tried that but im keen

He's putting shit on you for using sage....but not the other stuff, for some reason. Tony Cacheres is a cajun seasoning that Americans like to put on their crawfish and most other seafood.
