Matt I love how you simplify workouts and show how anyone can achieve progress regardless of what method or equipment we use. I also use the Nossik straps and think they're the best.

What're some of the best bodyweight exercises for side delts? It appears that the best isolation exercises generally involves cable attachments, which make it easier to apply progressive load for different stretched positions.

I'm starting to touch about isolation since I invested in iso trainers recently. The second part of the video was a good remainder too. I'm lacking upper chest on one pec, I think incline push up in hybrid isometric will be the way to go to light those suckers

So Matt, the big question for me is. If I work the basics to a certain point. When is the time to say let’s focus on those tiny places and do isolation. Is isolation something you start to do when you notice one body part lagging or is it something you do if you are on a certain level in basics? Can you use isolation to balance some things out for proportion or isn’t that a good approach to begin with?

your nossk link does not seem to work at all. Also, it would be cool if you showed up closely exactly which nossk you have. I have the rope trainer. I think that due to legal reasons, I'm not sure they had any cam-buckle versions when I bought mine around 3 years ago. But now they obviously have some cam-buckle versions.
