A bit on the same note as the underground Chinese churches, there are Muslims who convert based on dreams of seeing Jesus as God. I don't think anyone would doubt their faith even thoguh they are not descended from an apostolic tradition.

This is a great video, but the Episcopal Church is not necessarily a hierarchy, but the bishops have equal power as the patriarchs of Orthodoxy and bishops do (there may be a first among equals). The Episcopal Church is very similar to the Presbyterian Church which is lovely to see since Calvin inspired Cranmer! Like the Presbyterian Church, we see that a true church is based on the beliefs and apostolic succession. Sadly the Episcopal Church has fallen and I hope the reconquista can spread to the Episcopal Church in America, Canada, and Taiwan.

While i prefer the episcopal structure, The presbyterian structure is also in nature useful. It's whatever best suites

After watching: I'd hoped for like a a biblical exposition maybe with Acts 15 on why it is the best middle ground. So, could you recommend some literature for that?

Chinese Christians really do undo the Roman Catholic, Oriental Orthodox and Eastern Orthodox claims to being the only true church that can save folks. That there is indeed salvation outside these communions. Yes, apostolic session is good, but it ain't everything. Though one must admit that episcopal polity is biblical. The apostles were bishops of sorts and so were Titus, Timothy and James. These appointed elders, priest or presbyters.
