@@MasteryOrder what does she mean by this poem, in its true sense? a human that resists temptation when it is the most sweet? a monk-lifestyle? what's the true meaning here?
@MasteryOrder3 жыл бұрын
@@slXD100 A monk lifestyle means removing yourself from life, which is the opposite extreme of embracing every pleasure and temptation that comes your way. It refers to trust in a man. A worthy man is a man who can be trusted, who can keep his word, who can fulfil his promises regardless of the situation. A man who can be trusted that he will do what he has promised to do even when things are hard. A man who can keep it together when the situation is so bad that it could be understandable if he broke down. A man who will keep his word not only when there is no temptation, but when temptations are everywhere. Trust is the base of lifetime relationships and families. All the best to you!

This level of spiritual strength just doesn’t exist in society anymore, that’s why men give up too easily on life and prove not to be worth while
@odonnabhainiverssen50063 жыл бұрын
This ... spiritual strength *can exist ... *if some men do not give up ... *and we mirror back to the world proof of a worthwhile life.
@HaggisMacduff3 жыл бұрын
Plenty of women are found not to be worth while, and have an easier time taking that sweet, sweet highway in life that hardly requires any strife or effort. Spiritual strength is a necessity for both sexes if you are wanting to find someone of quality and 'worth while'.
@Strider913 жыл бұрын
I think you'll find that even then, many men fell short. Thus the need for this poem. People keep acting like folks today stray to easily, or quit too soon, or break far too quickly. But the truth is, we are as we have always been. Thats why the wise and learned continue to compose works such as this. And the truth is, even they. . . .with all their wisdom fell short at time. But it was the thought that counts, the desire to do better. As long as we have that state of progressive thinking. We will survive. 🧐

Good poems! Life is a struggle and even when it is in the balance because of the desire of my enemies I will still fight their evil until victory. I have mad love for the most worthy man and passion among other things. When we love in silence, at a distance, then from this our feelings are only stronger over the years to then fall in an avalanche of tsunami on the beloved and give us unreal happiness, which no one on Earth has never felt ever and with anyone!)

It is easy enough to be pleasant When life flows by like a song ; But the man worth while Is one who will smile When everything goes dead wrong ; For the test of the heart is trouble, And it always comes with years, And the smile that is worth The praises of earth, Is the smile that shines through tears. It is easy enough to be prudent When nothing tempts you to stray, When without or within No voice of sin Are luring your soul away. But it's only a negative virtue Until it is tried by fire ; And the life that is worth The honor on earth, Is the one that resists the desire.
