Maybe u are :) jk. Its basically a GUI for Ansible with additions like right management, scheduler etc. There is also a free version of it called AWX (which is the upstream project for tower). From the AWX Github page: "AWX provides a web-based user interface, REST API, and task engine built on top of Ansible"
