I have this knife. Definitely more about the cool factor imo. It is made in house at red horse by the same ppl, on the same equipment, with the same quality checks as the customs. It's one of the most affordable mid-techs you can get.

@@DirkWerning hey dirk, you know all those thing I said about the knife ☝🏻there? Those are attributes that make a knife a mid-tech. Just sayin.

@@CHUCKIT I understand but this knife is NOT made where they make the customs. This knife is their P series (production knife) made over seas. I’ve got several of the P series and several of the customs, and had a couple midtech on my channel. Just trying to help clarify is all. Don’t get me wrong they are all GREAT. Just being clear is all. Don’t mean to but in.

I have the (I think) Blade HQ version with blue fat carbon, black blade and blue pivot collar. In use, it is very good at opening packages, not so much for letters (hey, I work in an office). Speaking of the office, no other knife has received as much of a reaction at work as did the Hell Razor. It seems to be very well made, and the S35VN has done well at holding an edge.

I've been trying to figure out your accent. The instant you said Chicago I immediately remembered all of the old SNL "Bill Swerski's Superfans" skits and thought "Yep, that's it!" 😅

Very cook knife, I prefer to have a little bit of straight edge on my knife but that's just personal preference, for EDC this knife looks like it will handle utility cuts like a beast. Looking forward to the full review. Thanks for the look see Jerad and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable

It could function as a camp food prep knife except for all those holes that would be hard to clean. I agree with your opine re hollow grind. Not my deal, but someone’s deal. Keep up the good work!

Hey this is completely off topic and has nothing to do with the video but I was wondering if I could get your opinion on something.. I have knives from various OEM's like Reate, Bestech and QSP, I even have semi-custom knives like the Cortex V2. I have never owned a knife from We knives and I want to get one just to see the quality of their builds. I am torn between 3 different models- The We Esprit, Beacon, and the Roxi 3. Out of those three knives which one do you like the most? Just wondering because I really do trust your opinion on knives. I'm sorry for the long pointless message and any info would be appreciated.
