I was glued to the screen!! I loved our Trini cousin Ken Simmons’ story. For sure he epitomizes his adage “authenticity is the highest frequency”. I loved how Ken shared so openly, with humility and with deep wisdom. I love how his redirection story took him inward so that he can now be any and everywhere as an agent of transformation and change! Great episode .. as usual 😂
