Very nice Video. Maybe the best about Aikido on youtube. There is so many wrong and misconceptions about Aikido out there. One of the main problems with Aikido is that 99% of the masters cant make it work. Because they have no aiki. The only Aikido master with aiki that I have seen is Gozo Shioda. And two others on youtube which are unknown. People can train Aikido for 30-40 years without gaining aiki. From minute 34 you try to explain it in a very spiritual way how to achieve it but I dont think that this is the key. There are very spiritual people who couldnt fight. Also Ueshiba had these great abilitys before he get that spiritual. Takeda also isnt much known for beeing spiritual. As onether Daity Ryu master Sagawa sensei which had equal skills if not even better than some say. He didnt explained it with any phlisophy or spirituality. For him its was a pure technique even so he could do things which were far beyond any techinque like throwing somebody who just slightly touch his Gi without any physical force. Its said that he didnt liked Ueshiba. Maybe because Ueshiba did mystify aiki to much. Maybe he was to much into spirituality. Some say that in his last years it got so "worse" that nobody understood him and some even did think he lost his mind. I dont think so but that worried more about spiritual things than ensure that his disciples really understand the bodily part. But true masters in internal Martial Arts are very rare anyhow.
