REDLINE BY KASTAN RL20ii REPOP FRAME BUILD @ HARVESTER BIKES

I remember ordering the red RL20ii from PedalPower in orange, CA back in the day. When I got the call that it came in, I get to the shop and the bike was white. I remember being kinda bummed but ended up liking the white. I remember there was another shop called Hasty in Garden Grove that also sold Redline stuff. I ended up getting another Forklifter handlebar with the low cross bar as my bike came with the other variant of the Forklifter bars. I remember that Hasty was actually just a counter in the back of a garden/ landscape store that happened to sell BMX stuff… kinda bizarre but good memories no less. I miss those days.

So question why did they go with a 5' inch headtube ? was it 5 inches to give room to wrap the top-tube around the outside of the head-tube or was it to give the fork steerer tube more strength ?

In my opinion, a red chain is too much, a chrome one would be better but overall it's a really nice bike Sir!
