my buds 3 lite had a problem after few weeks of using they didn't connect to each other , and each one of them did connect to my phone seperately , i tried your method to reset them , but didnt work , i kept repeating it many times , with no hope , i tried a different method , and it worked , i put them in the charging box and after the light is on i took them out of the box , and i touched the touch bittons on both of them rapidly for 7 times at the same time , probably more than 7 times , anyway that made them both go into weird pairing mode , then they both started blinking simultaneously , and now i paired them to my phone , now they work together properly ,

didn't work for me. the broken right bud starts blinking after touching it in the case to reset- but when i remove it it its led turn off and does not sync with left one and it does not go to pairng mode putting in the case does not give indication that it charging i tried to leave it out side the case for 20 hours im hoping that it runs out of battery but that didn't work the volume on the left side is low even at the max setting

One more solution for those who do not have both hearing aids synchronized at the same time: Out of the case both earphones, tap approx. 8-15 times in a row the touch of one earphone (you will notice that the Led will start flashing fast again) now do the same with the remaining earphone, this worked for me the last time they did not pair even using the Reset/hard Reset

Just solved mines. Follow the steps below and hope it will work on your buds as well. Unpair the buds from the devices where it is connected. Reset the buds by placing them on the case and hold the touch sensor for 5 secs until the buds led blink and remain steady. Take the buds out of the case and hold the touch sensors for 20secs and tap a bit rapidly both until you see that their led indicators are synced. Connect them on your devices and enjoy.
