Great video, again. Here's one for the Doc: can you explain your philosophy on estrogen and aiming for 15-20 (sensitive I presume)? I wonder why so many other top-notch TRT docs are starting to say that as long as it's not insanely high, then a level higher than normal is ok unless you're experiencing negative side effects. Would a level of say 50 be ok absent negative side effects and with a T in the higher normal range?

Has it ever occurred to you (aside all estrogen, RBC, etc) that free test competes for same receptors with cortisol and after usually 4 weeks, the amount of test equals the amount of cortisol in your blood.That s when a bber reaches a plateau ( during first few years of cycling, not later when myostatin is the reason) . And ONE fo the side effects of high cortisol levels IS bloated face - just like in cushing syndrome.

Many people do. AI is not necessarily required. I never use it. Some say it is bad because it blocks many needed processes requiring estrogen. I think when you take a blocker, it doesn't discriminate. Some people think they know everything, but the body is incredibly intricate. There's a reason why the body produces it. Blocking it can't always be wise.

Bloat is E2, mostly from the hcg. Aromatase inhibitor will correct this. Exemestane works like a charm.

In my experience how much of a spike in levels is based on a few components; frequency, consistency, and ester of the hormone. Is it super physiological doses? If so you are at a much higher risk for your body aromatizing test into estrogen.

Tom Stopper Im on 200 MG cypionate and 1000 hcg per wk. My test levels were around 500 before. Now my levels are 1200-1450. E2 is at 7. I'm 6 ft 1 and 270lbs. I have a lot of muscle but plenty of fat as well, guessing around 22% body fat right now.

What are your thoughts on testosterone undecoanate as a long term trt solution? I understand it has a very long half life of about 3 months, which would make it ideal as it would only have to be injected every 10 weeks after the first month. One 750mg injection on the first and 30th day and every ten weeks after that. The only issue is a possible oil embolism as a major drawback.

Oil embolism only happened one time in the studies and what had actually happened is the person who administered the shot somehow found a decent vein. The side effect of the oil embolism was a mild cough that dissipated after 24 hours and the patient was fine. However this is why FDA approved a 10 week dose instead of a 12 week dose which is what Europe currently offers. At this time I have not been able to prescribe it to anyone due it being backordered. It is hard to get approved though. but totally worth it. The dosing is very similar as to if you have ever had "testopel" before.

Does the doctor not realize his face and neck are red compared to his arms (I assume he's on testosterone)? In pictures, I look like a tomato. In the mirror, it looks like a sunburn. I've tried the two types of oils that it's suspended in. Really annoying and makes me want to stop and have my face turn back to normal color. But the downside of stopping are numerous. Hoping my doctor isn't too arrogant to listen to this doctors advice for trying to solve my problem... assuming I can translate his message.

Oral cortisol will most certainly increase it. If youre talking topical, Im not sure whether it will have an effect at all, but a known sideeffect of oral corticosteroids like prednisolone is "moonface".

Yea there's a good t Nation article on this stating that anything above 100 a week is essentially a cycle. Healthy body naturally produces 5-10 mg per day so high end would be 70mg per week. 100 mg is above that of course but not outside of physiologic realm. And I think trt shot is not pure test so it's not actually 100 mg of test you're getting anyway.

So I have a question. My personal experience. Started on 140mg weekly. Tested in 3 months. Test was at 675. I felt great. Dr decided to increase my dosage which I still don't understand. They increased my dose to 165 mg. From that point on, I felt fine but not great. I started flushing easily. Cheeks, ears, and forehead. I thought that it was probably due to high HCT or Hgb. It wasn't. My estrodial was 46. 6 out of range. My test on the higher dose was 575. I supposed that it's because there's more test in my system so more is being converted to estrogen. Should I go back? I didn't get tested for estrogen during my 140mg phase so I have no clue how high it was to compare? What say you random individual that is reading this?

Hey I'm 23 and I'm on HRT I take 400 a week doctor prescribed cypionate. And I put myself on aromasin because of estrogen on my blood was 146. Why are you blocking estrogen out the gate? The dose this man is taking is not very high. You should at least be on it for a few months to see if you even have any reactions in terms of estrogen. Some guys can tolerate that dose and never have any issues. I'm a little concerned that your clinic has you treating things that haven't proven to be an issue yet.

hi doc, I have a question regarding lethargy while on test. and deca. I take 600 mg of test cypionate and 500 mg of deca. I also take arimidex .5 mg to 1mg, 2-3 times a week. I'm about 2 weeks in and have never felt so tired. I'm reading deca can make people tired. this is my first time doing deca. what do you think the problem is? I thought steroids were supposed to make you feel like superman, not the opposite..

Daniel Saavedra high Progesterone/Prolactin can have this effect, get bloods ASAP and take it from there , Cabergoline can negate Prolactin but without bloods you stumbling in the dark

that's a big amout of gear for a cycle, i bet you are a advanced lifter/bodybuilder to use that amout of shit, and probably that's what is making you feeling tired

It will be the deca. Deca is one hell of a drug.

Probably high blood pressure from both compounds and high prolactin from the deca

Less gear is better. Drop those numbers in half. I get gains on 250 mg Test and 300 mg Deca and have super energy. For me less = better and zero sides.
