So I just got my tests back and my estradiol is 83pg/ml... That's pretty darn high. The test range is 10-30pg/ml.. I have wondered why I have felt like dog shit even since starting TRT. Just so you know, my testosterone is mid range now 575ng/dl currently. Before starting treatment I had insanely low T. 56ng/dl testosterone is what I tested at multiple times. My doctor she said she's not normally seen levels that low.. and I am 30 yrs old. were trying to get my treatment dialed in so I feel better. I guess my body chemistry is tricky to balance the testosterone and estrogen. I space out my TRT shots into more frequent shots, instead of 1 large shot once a week or so.. I do 2 split shots a week. I'm prescribed 200mg test cypionate.

Nice video gentlemen. I have always been told to shoot for a Total T ratio to E2 of 30 to 40 to 1. For example 1200 Total with an E2 of 30-40. I feel good around this level.

i am on trt for two years 200mg (cream) i just got my test and my testosterone is 1200 and my estradiol is 84. i took some blockers for few days and felt terrible. i stopped taking the e. blocker and started to feel fine again. however i am eating more vegetables now especially broccoli and cauliflower which are known to reduce estrogen and feeling fine. for what i am researching through videos and doctors, the estradiol producing from trt is good estrogen is what we put in in our body from our food diet that we have to watch out. i am drinking organic pure milk, adding vegetables and working out daily. no sensitivity on my nipples, my libido its ok, energy levels are also ok, no mood swing and no weight gain.

Yeah that nasty feeling goes away pretty fast. High E2 is not good. Too low is not good either. It’s your body but I’d have stuck it out for a few weeks. Maybe start slower. I started taking it once a week now twice.

What if you got high free (25pg/ml) and total t (8.9 ng/ml) but your e2 is around 14pg/ml? Didn’t get DHT and SHBG checked unfortunately ...

There is no such suitable age It’s a lifetime treatment to the disease called Hypogonadism It’s not a trendy thing or a life style habit It’s a cure to something is non reversible So you may start it in your puberty if you are 47 XXY Kleinefelter syndrome Or if your hypophysis doesn’t work in case of Kalman syndrome Or even if you had a trauma in your testicles in school Usually men start declining in their forties Approximately ten percent each decade But this can vary accordingly to life style

Wouldn’t another way of dealing with high e2 levels would be to switch to testosterone cream applied via the scrotum? Cream applied via skin has a higher tendency to convert to DHT from 5 alpha reductase in the skin and would therefore yield less testosterone being aromitised to E2 maybe?

I have 2 questions: why the harm of synthetic estrogens in countraceptives is extrapolated to estradiol from aromatase in men on TRT(I have seen zero evidence that high levels of estradiol is thrombotic) and why it is assumed that gyno is caused from high e2? As I have spoken to doctors high e2 is the rarest occasion in their practice if we talk about bio identical estradiol and not augmented estrogens from the aromase of dbol for example. I was told(by doctors treatibg gyno) in most cases gyno in genetically predisposed men is caused by low or low-normal t levels together with elevated prolactin

I am on TRT and don't aromatase well...or not anymore. I'm on 175mg of test e per week and my E2 level is 16 with TT at 1000. Anxious as hell and I've tried everything including increasing dosage, phytoestrogens etc....what options do I have?

E2 levels will rise and fall with the injection. Trough level is helpful to see where you are before your next injection. If your trough level is 16 for e2 chances are the oral and mid peak will show more elevated e2. The blood test result is only a point in time and does not mean you are always at that level. You may also consider looking at free e2 and shbg.

So, I took 125mgs Test a week with 500ius twice a week. I felt awful, I take. 25mgs Anastrazole twice a week now and have for years....I feel great but I feel awful without it

Thanks for the comment and for watching. Everyone is different and react differently. Dose reduction or finding ways not to use an AI is always better, and making sure you have adequete E2 is preferred. There are dangers of too low E2 so best to monitor your bloods.

We have seen this a few times. Other options could include DHEA, or increasing the dose of T to improve the e2 levels provided the HCT doesn't climb.

I've been on TRT for 11 years and my Dr has slowly raised my Test in an attempt to raise my E2, recently he lowered my Test and added 0.5mg of estradiol a day and I feel better, with more energy and sex drive than I have since starting TRT. So far nothing but positive results. My T was around 1200 with my E2 at 25. Still a month from my first labs after adding estradiol. Been on DHEA for 3 years as well

No, i have e2 36 too and t 1200 , i used 0,5 mg ai per week because some "experts" here says that high e2 bad and you need ai. I felt terrible with ai: anxiety, poor libido, erections were weak, no pump in gym,bad mood. Now my e2 100 t 1100 and i feel amazing! mood, libido through the roof, erection like diamond.High e2 makes trt amazing lol.

The answer to how high is quiet simple if you recognize estrogen has a independant response gradient in certain physiological functions (thereby acting as an attenuator rather than just a mediator). Not sure why you guys still believe HDL is a positive indicator of health when it's quiet simply a signalling marker for hepatic-phase steroidogensis.
