I have the very first formulation of this from when it first came out. That sandalwood has gotten so strong over the years!! Lasts 12+ hours and projects just as long EASILY. I like the vanilla-creamy note that creeps out throughout the day.

Hi @Redolessence! could you be confusing the 2019 with the 2021 version? the 2019 version is the one with rose and musk while the 2021 is the one with bergamot, mint and almond. I own the latter and it's lovely, it reminds me a bit of Pegasus; I haven't tried the original.

I love sandal wood so much. One of the reasons I love bleu de Chanel so much, I’m fact I layer that cologne on top of pure sandalwood oil as it increases a the longevity and makes it smell even more high quality
