My friend's neck was in the same condition as yours. He went to prolotherapy and was back to his normal routine. He was the one who introduced me to prolotherapy for my back. I went to many more appointments. In the end my back was healed after years of neglect.. I completed all the sessions without going under the knife! Look into it Red Rider..

It's refreshing to see a woman work on bikes. Even more so ride them. You have know idea how many people love you and what a difference you make in peoples lives. Your faith will heal you. If you believe with your heart and see with your mind and not your eyes his daughter will not grow old in pain for she is healed in his love. Just as your love for what you share is healing your bothers and sisters.

Thanks for letting us hang out with you. I always have hated locktite bottles they are just a mess waiting to happen. Talking about your friend and his accidents there is definitely a mind set to weather you get back on a bike or not I was following my friend with his sister on the back of his bike when they hit the biggest trophy buck I'd ever seen and went down Lucky they had good gear even going down at 50mph they only had a few scratches It shook us up pretty good but we all still ride and I'm married to her now she's a tough little redhead. Will be praying for healing for your neck for sure!

I had an injury in the Navy that caused degenerative disc disease in two levels of my spine, went 3 years before getting multi level fusion. Was on pain pills from the VA for 16 years. The nerve damage from waiting too long will be forever. It’s not as bad now as it was before the fusion. Yoga, taiji and acupuncture is how I got off the pills and continue for maintenance. I wish you the Best!

Some notes as I watch this full length movie. Blue locktite leak: you might try putting a bit of paper towel over the tip and then put on the cap on and shake it. Nice clean detail work on the wiring and speedometer cable routing. Hardtails do look good but with your neck and my lower back, they are not for us. Wish I still had your interest and dedication in the bikes, but after 50 years of riding mostly alone I find that I have lost a lot of it. Watching and listening to you brings back memories of when that was mostly what kept me going. Looking forward to the great unveiling.

I'm only 6 minutes into but just feel the need to say that I know it can be frustrating but in the end, you'll know your scooter as intimately as you know yourself. Whenever things start going sideways, I've found the best thing to do is just walk away for a while, maybe go for a ride if you have another scooter available and clear your head a bit. In the long run, the time you take away from a project that is getting the best of you can usually lead to much better results after you return and won't give you gray hairs in the process. I'm gonna quote your saying, "It ain't gonna be pretty, it's just gonna be done". I love that!

The Dyna is coming along nicely. Make time for the physical therapy. Learn to do the exercises at home and keep at it. The best defense is to strengthen the muscles around the vertebrae. I know, easier said than done. It’s time consuming and boring. I have degenerative disc, lower back. Blew something out in the beginning of July and haven’t had my bikes out since. Going to PT 2-3 times a week while I wait for the insurance company to approve my MRI so I can see what’s messed up. I try to keep fit but I get lazy and make excuses. Now I’m pissed at myself because fall is here and it’s the best time to ride. Keep up the good work and take care of yourself!

I can relate you your Dyna woes. Mine is a Dyna Switchback. I love it but Switchbacks seem to be the oddkins of Harley... Not much aftermarket stuff compared to other models. If I want something for the front I usually look for a Road King accessory and mod it to fit by trimming or drilling new holes. For the back usually most Dyna parts will work. I like the Dyna platform though. They're fun in the twisties. Yours will be great when you're in the wind with it, and that really is the objective 👍. Sorry about your neck. Yeah, rigids are cool but if I had one I'd fold in half and forever be a pretzel for life 😳. I'll keep my shocks, thanks. Oh, and I'll absolutely pray for you. You're right, God's got you 🥰 but I believe prayer helps. Take care Angel, hope the neck feels better soon.

The spondylosis of the spinal column degeneration is gradual mine started in my early 30s and my whole skeleton. I’ve had a lot of surgeries, wrists, elbows knees, dealing with the spine now thoracic and cervical Im willing to bet you have the crepitus in your neck as well that sounds like rice crispies when you turn your neck, best thing I found to relieve the pain has been Excedrin, and occasionally cannabis although not very often the latter, keep doing as much as you can while you’re young, since it is degenerative, and will gradually get worse mild to moderate activity, can actually help with the symptoms early on ✌🏻

I only Loctite that portion of the bolt. 1/4"dia. bolt= 1/4 length of bolt that contacts the mating thread.( You ever notice that the nuts made to mate with bolts/screws are the same thickness as the diameter of the bolt?) I can relate to the neck pain angel...I messed my back up some years back plus had a bad van wreck, that didn't do me any good either, but another fine video, nice job on the riser spacers also, didn't know if you were aware of it or not but they make a polyurethane riser spacer that is more solid than rubber, but less ridged than solid and will take a lot of vibration out of the handlebars...just a tip you don't need to put locktight on a nut and bolt that has a cotter pin in it and the front axle nut should be 50-60 ft.lbs and the axle pinch bolts 20-25 and I always like to put a little blue locktight on the pinch bolt nuts..not necessary on the axle nut if it has a good lock washer on it...use your own discretion about that...hope that helps you...✌🤘

The front axel nut torque spec. is 50-55 ft. lbs. per the manual for my 2000 model FXDWG... Now I know what that threaded hole is for at the top of my triple tree, where you screwed on your turn signal... On my 2000 FXDWG the turn signals clamp onto the front shock tube.

I've got the degenerative disc thing going on as well. Naproxen helps me a lot. If it's any consolation, I was told I have it 25 years ago and I'm still able to do the things I want to do for the most part.

I have a jacked up neck too from an accident many years ago and in my opinion the hardtail looks the best. Thats why I went with the softail so you can't see the shocks. If I can find a good deal on a shovelhead I'm going to try to build a Kickstart shovelhead heritage style springer. Until then I will ride the hell out of my evo heritage and maybe put a kickstarter on it

You don’t have to apologize about your spacers, back in the day people didn’t criticize you for how you kept your scoot running or put it together, besides LA Choppers makes those kinds spacers to lift your bars up, do what you have to do and get her running 😎

you might regret using Red locktite on your axles next time you change your tires. I hope not. never used it on mine and never had a problem with them coming loose. the cotter pin should be enough. Good luck Angel

Thanks Brian. I ended up taking the axle nut off and cleaning the red Loctite off of it and then talking at properly again and just putting a cotter pin in the castle nut.

Wish there was a neck disk replacement for you. Heard about a few back-spine disk procedures, (including fusion), cannot imagine any neck repair… (Too risky it seems). Lost some neck cartilage years back… (Can hear crunching in neck, when stretching the neck). Kind of alarming when thinking about it. Been that way since my teen years, if this is any consolation)… (Lots of years has passed by with the crunching).
