The Red River plant is located in Dallas, and we enjoy going to the plant and looking at their seconds! Very nice people.

Such powerful words about paper and prints. Nicely done Hugh. Makes a lot of sense for the Acros simulation for sure.

As an aside, what 'type' of image do you feel would be best suited for this PDPaper..

For me (of course, a completely personal perspective, take with a grain of salt unless you feel my aesthetic sensibilities match your own): things and/or emotions of weight, permanence, focus...

Another great vid. Good to know the paper works with the dye inks. Just a heads up, The 27" iMac listed in the link is no longer available.

I'll take one as a reminder of the importance of the things behind and in front of the camera and not so much what is in the camera itself.

Great voice, my man. Keep on doing what you do. I live in the Dallas area and will be going next week to see the samples.

I would love to have one of the prints that you refer to in (RedRiver Papers’ Palo Duro...) Why? First of all, I enjoyed your description of the paper and it sounds perfect for me. I would enjoy having a print to use as a guide to how a print should look. Also, I am a first time listener and subscribed to your online blog. I am more than willing to pay the shipping and handling of the print or prints. Who knows, maybe give you some coffee money. Please sign the versa. Thanks David

Hi Hugh I was just directed to your channel via my own and I must say I loved this video! I love your deep relaxing voice :) I also print my own photos and have the same printer as you and I've been looking for some paper that kinda matches the fine art museum etching from Canon. Have you compared that with the RedRiver Papers' Palo Duro Etching? :) Maybe you can suggest other types of that kind of paper?

Mads Peter Iversen Well, first: thanks for that - glad you found us! Second: I’ve reached out to the folks at Red River and will let you know as soon as I hear back. Third: your stuff looks great!
