Love the version of "hold on" in this session. I was so disappointed when they released their L.P . The version of Hold on was so flat , it was pretty poor. I think their album could have been so much better. I got to see them live many times , and they were a great live band.

Couldn't agree more- great energy live and the albums production sucked the life out of a potentially great set of songs. If it was produced in the same vein as the Peel sessions it would have been great.

Great band, saw them in Blackburn in about 85. Don’t recognise the first song.

The first song is "young and proud". I don't know of any other version of it, but it seems like on e of the great Redskins songs to me.
